My Discord Work History:
Escape From Tarkov Sherpa Program:
I achieved the status of Discord partner through one of my most proud achievements during my time as a Community Manager. This achievement was a program called “Sherpa” for Escape From Tarkov.
The Sherpa program was dedicated to having experienced players personally tutor new players of the game. When I took over the lead management of this program in January 2020 there were less than 10 active Sherpas, but by the end of my time with the program (October 2021), we had over 115 and became a staple of the Tarkov community as people who were looked up to.
One of the main methods I used to grow the program was the creation of a Discord Server exclusively for the program. This server called The Sherpa Hub, was over 30,000 server members at the time I stepped away from the program.

Black Mesa - Community Translation Initiative:
I managed a community-based translation project for the game Black Mesa. I created a Black Mesa project on Crowdin, a website that lets anyone help collaborate on translations.
I built and managed a team of proofreaders for each language that we closely worked with to ensure the quality of the translations.
With the community's help, we fully translated the game into 27 different languages. Each language consisted of roughly 200,000 words requiring translation. The entire cost of translating the game into these 27 languages was only roughly $600, a massive reduction in cost compared to paying a translation company.

Deceit - In-game Moderation Rework
I spearheaded the full rework of Deceit’s in-game moderation system by utilizing the community to its full potential.
I created a team of community members to assist in moderating in-game. I also began a full rework of the internal processes and systems to moderate.
These initiatives saw a huge increase in the game’s moderation efforts, creating a more fun and safe environment for players to experience the game.
